already knew of my issues, as the previous customer rep explained everything to him. The first thing we covered was the data connection. I had to remove my phone battery and he had to reset something on his end. Because of this, he would have to call me back.
I did as instructed and about 2 minutes later I rec'd emails again. About a minute after that Bob called and made sure my data connection was working. Good so far!
For the battery issue, he sent me a new battery free of charge. Sweet! The short battery life is a known issue with Shadows.
For the blue tooth issue, he gave me instructions on how to give my phone a hard reset. Although I haven't done it yet, he said if that doesn't work, take the phone in to a T-Mobile store and they'll replace it. Works for me.
